Please see below an End of Tenancy Form for completion. This is for transfer of Utility accounts at the end of the lease & for refund of the Security Deposit (Subject to Terms & Conditions of the lease).
Please note that the Property must be handed back in the same spotlessly clean & tidy condition as existed at the start of the lease so that it is ready for occupation by new Tenants. The Property was professionally cleaned prior to occupation so it is expected that it will be handed back to this same standard of cleanliness.
• All Floors vacuumed & Mopped (where appropriate) throughout the property, including underneath beds, underneath/behind bedside tables, sofas, coffee tables or underneath any furniture
• All skirting boards, window sills, doors and door frames dusted, washed and cleaned throughout
• All Kitchen work surfaces & counter tops cleaned & All Kitchen Cupboards & Drawers cleaned inside & out – Shelves, Doors, Handles
• All Tenants personal inventory to be removed – including Duvets, Pillows etc
• Cooker, Hob, Extract Fan & Microwave Oven Cleaned inside and out
• Fridge/Freezer defrosted and cleaned out & washed inside & out
• Where there are wooden or metal venetian blinds in a property, these need to be dusted and cleaned.

• Bathrooms – Sinks, Taps, Tiles, Showers, Shower Screens/Doors, Bath & Toilet. Any Tiled Floors swept & mopped.
• Any lightbulbs that have been used up, need to be replaced with all left in working order.
• Any Inventory items removed/dismantled/moved during the tenancy must be restored and re-assembled
• Any Inventory damaged/broken must be repaired or replaced with similar before the property is handed back
Please note that as per conditions of the lease agreement, any costs incurred for furniture re-assembly, cleaning, breakages or damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please Note – If by chance you need a recommendation of a cleaning company, please do not hesitate to ask in advance & we'll be happy to recommend a number of contractors to you.
