Requirements to Rent

We will require some information from prospective tenants prior to scheduling an appointment to view a property. This includes confirmation that if offered the property, you will be able provide the following:

Current Landlord & Employer References
Proof of Identification for AML compliance (Copy of Passport or Drivers License)
Documentation as Proof of ability to pay the advertised Rent (this may be payslips, bank statement or employment contract)
Brief Profile of Applicant
Proposed Tenancy Commencement Date
